Tommy's is a Mexican restaurant & cocktail bar in the heart of Darlinghurst, with a passion for Mexican/South American cuisine and agave spirits. In the kitchen we cook over charcoals on our traditional Parrilla charcoal grill to enhance the flavours of the food. Behind the bar we focus on freshness: every juice is freshly squeezed daily and every syrup & cordial made in house creating s truly unique list of margaritas and tequila & mezcal based cocktails.
Head Chef: Marcus Michel has carefully curated our versatile menu. From 8hr slow roasted lamb shoulder tacos to tuna ceviche to achiote chicken cooked over charcoals, it combines authentic Mexican flavours with fresh, locally sourced ingredients to provide a truly unforgettable experience.
